potential borrowers must:

  • Be 18 years old or older
  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Be a resident of one of the states in which we currently provide loans
  • Have a verifiable, regular source of income* that is received by direct deposit
  • Have a valid bank account in your name
  • Have a valid phone number
  • Have an active email address
  • Consent to electronic communications and signatures
  • Read and agree to the loan agreement privacy policy and terms and conditions

*This includes all personal income, including salary, part-time pay, retirement investments, and rental properties. You do not need to include alimony, child support, or separate maintenance income unless you want to have it considered as a basis for repaying a loan.
